The Value Trial is a unique free trial offered by Lighthouse Alerts. Instead of a time-limited trial, you only need to subscribe and pay after we help you identify and resolve incidents with your website and servers. This ensures that you experience real value before committing to a paid plan.

2. How does the Value Trial work?

1. Sign up for Lighthouse Alerts.
2. Add your website or server for monitoring.
3. If we detect an issue, we will send you an alert.
4. Once you resolve five issues, you decide whether to continue with a paid plan.

3. Do I need to enter payment details to start the trial?

No, you do not need to enter payment details to start the Value Trial. You only pay when you’ve seen real benefits from our service.

4. How long does the Value Trial last?

The trial lasts until we help you identify and resolve your first five incident. After that, you can choose to continue with a paid plan.

5. What happens if my site has no issues during the trial?

If no issues are detected, you can continue using the trial until an incident is found and resolved. This ensures you only pay for a service that has proven its value.

6. What types of issues does Lighthouse Alerts detect?

We monitor for:

• Website downtime (server not responding)
• SSL certificate issues

7. Can I receive alerts during the trial?

Yes! You will receive alerts through email, SMS, or any other notification channels of the Expert plan, just like paid users.

8. What happens after my first five resolved incident?

Once we’ve helped you detect and resolve five issues, you’ll have the option to subscribe to a paid plan. If you choose not to continue, your monitoring will stop.

9. How do I upgrade to a paid plan?

You can upgrade anytime from your Lighthouse Alerts dashboard:

1. After logging in, visite your Settings page.
2. Click Upgrade in the Your Subscription section.

10. Can I cancel the Value Trial?

Yes, you can cancel the trial anytime from your account settings. There is no obligation to continue.

11. What plan I’m using during the Value Trial?

The Value Trial has all the features of the Expert plan.

In other words, you have access to all features.

12. What happens I subscribe to a smaller plan after the Value Trial?

If you used any features not present in the chosen plan, you’ll be warned about the features not covered, and the system will suggest the most affordable plan that would cover the features used by you.

If you choose a smaller plan, then all unsupported features will be paused.
