When an issue is detected, we send you an instant alert so you can address it immediately. We'll also notify you when the server returns to normal.

What types of websites and servers can you monitor?

We can monitor any type of website or server, including e-commerce sites, blogs, business websites, and various server types like web servers, mail servers, and database servers.

How often do you check my server or website?

Your choice. Checks can be as frequent as every minute for most monitoring services, such as websites and ping servers.

Can I monitor multiple websites and servers under one account?

Yes, you can monitor multiple websites and servers with a single account.

Our dashboard allows you to manage and view all your monitored sites and servers in one place.

How do you ensure the reliability of your monitoring service?

Our system is designed with high reliability in mind, using multiple failover mechanisms and redundant systems where applicable to ensure continuous monitoring and accurate alerts.

What are inverse checks and how can they benefit me?

Inverse checks monitor conditions that should not occur, such as internal web pages becoming publicly accessible, or back-end servers responding to external connection.

This may help you detect unauthorized exposure of sensitive information and maintain security.

What happens if I don’t respond to an alert?

If you don’t respond to an alert, our system will continue to send notifications at your configured intervals.

By configuring the alerting rules of specific channels, you can easily set up escalation rules to notify additional contacts if an issue persists.

If you don't respond within seven days, the monitor will pause.
